Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
